I was recommended Mr Spyrou from another surgeon who advised me that he would be the best person to go to for my rhinoplasty. I made an appointment at Spire Methley Park to see him, from my first consultation I felt immediately at ease with him and trusted he would be the best person for me to go with. I explained my concerns about my nose and he talked me through step by step what he could do to improve on the imperfections I had. I was booked in for my surgery within weeks, on the day of my surgery he came to see me, we went over the steps again to make sure I was 100% happy. The procedure went smoothly and he visited my again the next day, I could instantly see results. I am now 2 weeks post op and I have had my 2 week check up with him today. I am over the moon with the results so far and I imagine they will only get better once the swelling has fully gone down. I cannot fault Mr Spyrou throughout this process, he has been very helpful, approachable and has achieved exactly what I wanted. I have already recommended Mr Spyrou to one of my friends who is booked in for surgery in a few weeks with him.

I have been under the care of Mr Spyrou for quite a few years now and I can honestly say he is one of the best doctors/surgeons I have come across. Not only is he an expert in what he does, he is caring, kind and gives his honest opinion. He has a warmth about him that puts you at ease from the start. I first saw Mr Spyrou when I noticed a problem with my breast implants, I had had these in since the age of 21 (carried out by a surgeon who has now retired) and after 11 years felt they needed reviewing. My Spyrou was very honest and said they did not need anything doing with them, but to check again if I noticed anything. As it happens, a year later I went back to see him and he told me they needed to be changed. I had the relevant appointments and decided to have them taken out and nothing put back in. At the time, My Spyrou told me that he thought I would be unhappy with the results for a number of various reasons but of course I didn’t listen to the suggestion of having smaller ones put back in or some kind of corrective work and went ahead with the removal surgery. The surgery went fine and the care I received was excellent. Skip forward a year and I have just had breast implants put back in with Mr Spyrou. We have joked that I should have listened to him in the first place, which would have made things way easier but you live and learn! Following my latest surgery the results are on a whole new level. Mr Spyrou carried out corrective work during the operation, removing old scar tissue and a few issues I have previously mentioned. I am so happy with how I look, the scarring is minimal and completely hidden in the crease of my breasts. They look more natural than my previous ones and It shows just how good he really is. I can’t thank Mr Spyrou enough for the care he has given me over the years. Plastic surgery isn’t for everyone, but for anyone looking into it, I would recommend that you speak to Mr Spyrou first. I can’t express how good he really is and would definitely see him for anything in the future.

I visited Mr Spyrou for a Arm reduction (Brachioplasty) consultation. He advised on all aspects and subsequently I had the operation along with a little liposuction. The surgery went very well I had no pain. I felt supported throughout and was well looked after and felt I could contact anytime for any concerns. I would definitely recommend Mr Spyrou as he is very kind and talked me through the procedure and aftercare. I am very pleased with the results and the scarring is fading nicely. I am now more confident with buying and wearing shorter or no sleeves which I would never have done. I can’t thank him enough he is a great surgeon.

Did an amazing job from the first consultation to the after care. The surgery has done wonders for my self confidence.. I feel like myself again after a long painful journey due to a previous op by another surgeon at another practice! I can not recommend him highly enough.. I am forever grateful

I cannot thank Mr Spyrou enough for the kind, compassionate, professional, and expert care and treatment he has provided me with in my time as his patient so far. From the very beginning Mr Spyrou has been so attentive, listening to and answering/responding to all of my questions and worries about my abdominoplasty and mastopexy (with slight reduction) surgery, with so much reassurance and and understanding of my personal circumstances and goals. The care is truly personalised and Mr Spyrou takes perfection to a whole new level. His passion to help his patients and give them the best possible outcome shines through in everything he does. His manner and delivery of the care he provides is outstanding and his honesty is admirable; if something isn’t in the patient’s best interests he will not just steam ahead regardless, he takes the time to discuss options, to explain the reasons why certain things aren’t necessarily the best way forwards, and will help to develop a plan which is safe, and which has exceptional results. His technique is unmatched in the specialty of plastic surgery, and only 2 weeks post op, I am absolutely blown away by my results. The surgery went so smoothly, with no complications, I knew exactly what was happening at each stage of my clinical pathway and was kept informed at all times. I was made aware of the risks of the surgery (but have thankfully not experienced any), and was given clear advice and instructions in regards to my pre-operative and post-operative care and management. This surgery and the way in which Mr Spyrou has treated me throughout my journey so far, has honestly changed my life and I feel much more positive and confident already. The standard of care provided is exceptionally high (the best) and the results speak for themselves. The integrity of Mr Spyrou and his polite, personable, tailored, compassionate, empathic manner have made my experience so much easier, and his clear expertise and confidence had/has erased any potential doubt I had in relation to my surgery. His ability to act with such confidence and professionalism, but to also make you feel at such ease that you are able to open up and confide in him, is a skill in itself. I wholeheartedly trust Mr Spyrou with my life, and as such, would highly recommend him to deliver care and treatment to others. I would not want to be operated on by any other surgeon and will most definitely return to Mr Spyrou if I decided to have any further surgeries that are within his areas of expertise. Five stars doesn’t seem enough. Nor does just saying thank you. I will be forever grateful to Mr Spyrou and will remain in touch with him to share the results of the incredible job he has done for me as time progresses.
